Silicon Valley is leading the Bay Area's resurgence into one of the nation's hottest industrial property markets.

More swings for computer chip companies and other AI winners are yanking stock markets lower. The S&P 500 fell 0.7% Friday after dropping as much as 1.4% in the morning.
